Biography

Kanwalnain, the youngest host of the Red FM team, has been hosting "Sade Bache Sada Virsa" since since Grade 7 at the age of 13 years. She brings a program filled with quizzes, interesting facts, meaningful stories, poems, listener participation and much more, targeting towards a young audience. Kanwalnain's main focus is to unite students with their mother tongue, Punjabi.

Kanwalnain is a straight student with a G.P.A of 4.0 and has won a medal in biotechnology and the BCIC Young Innovator Award. She excels in many extra-curricular activities including drama, singing, dancing, declamations, debates and poetry in both English and Punjabi, which has also been published in books.

Kanwalnain has also been the host for a daily TV series on Joy TV, "Eknoor - Reflecting Sikh Values and Lifestyle".
Kanwalnain is a committed student, volunteer, community activist and as well as a Red FM team member.
